The story behind the print

This vertical wall art print presents a dense arrangement of Japanese maple leaves in warm orange, red and teal tones against a cream ground. The composition layers large palmate leaves with slender dark branches and small round buds, creating a painterly botanical scene with subtle patterned textures behind the foliage.

The artwork uses a limited autumn palette of burnt orange, deep red and muted teal, with lighter peach highlights across the leaf surfaces. The leaves vary in scale and angle, giving the print a natural, scattered rhythm rather than a rigid grid. This Japanese-style botanical print suits living rooms, hallways and gallery walls where a seasonal colour accent is wanted.

Supplied unframed, the print is produced to order in the UK on 270 gsm premium satin paper using a 12-colour Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer and authentic Mimaki OEM inks. Each print is rolled and packaged by hand and is available in multiple sizes through the Size selector.
