The story behind the print

This bee wall art print shows two mirrored insects facing forward on a cream ground. Each bee has curved black antennae, pale translucent wings, and a body built from gold rings around dark centres. The symmetrical layout places the pair side by side, with black legs extending outward and downward.

The composition is centred and vertical, with the two bees filling the upper half of the frame. Gold, black, and cream dominate the palette, while the pale wings sit behind the bodies. The style is illustrative and graphic, with bold outlines and flat areas of colour. Small gold seals appear at the lower left, adding a Japanese print detail.

This unframed print is produced to order in the UK on 270 gsm premium satin paper using a 12-colour Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer and authentic Mimaki OEM inks. It is rolled and packaged by hand and available in the configured sizes shown in the Size selector.
