The story behind the print
This black and white cat poster features two stacked portraits of a cat with bold black and white fur, bright green eyes and a pink nose. The top cat looks forward against a teal background, while the bottom cat is shown mid-yawn with a wide pink mouth and visible tongue against an orange background. The composition is split horizontally, creating a striking contrast between the calm upper face and the expressive lower face. The palette combines black, white, pink, green, teal and orange, with fine white whiskers adding texture. This unframed paper print is a reproduction of an original illustration, and the frame is not included.
