The story behind the print

This wall art print features a black bird surrounded by stylised red flowers and golden leaves on a cream background. The bird's body is decorated with red floral motifs, and its tail shows red and black stripes. Above the bird, a red sun-like flower with a dark centre sits between two golden swirls.

The composition is symmetrical, with tall stems of red and gold flowers flanking the bird on both sides. The folk art style uses flat colour and simple shapes, giving the design a decorative, hand-painted look. The palette of black, red, and mustard yellow stands out against the neutral cream backdrop.

This unframed paper print is produced to order in the UK on 270 gsm premium satin paper using a 12-colour Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer and authentic Mimaki OEM inks. It is rolled and packaged by hand and available in the configured sizes shown in the Size selector.
