The story behind the print

This black cat poster shows a stretching feline with an arched back and a long, curved tail. Its dark body is covered in a pattern of large cream daisies with pink centres, scattered with smaller pink and blue flowers. The cat's head is turned forward with pale eyes and a tiny pink flower on its chest, set against a solid olive-green background.

The composition centres on the cat's silhouette, which fills most of the frame and creates a bold contrast with the floral pattern. The illustrative style uses flat colours and simple shapes, giving the design a graphic, modern feel. The palette combines black, cream, pink, blue, and olive green for a soft but striking look.

This unframed paper print is produced to order in the UK on 270 gsm premium satin paper using a 12-colour Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer and authentic Mimaki OEM inks. It is rolled and packaged by hand and available in multiple sizes, which can be selected from the Size selector.
