The story behind the print
This blue and yellow sun poster depicts a stylised Mediterranean village with a white tower, a yellow gingham-patterned building, and a bright sun in a deep blue sky. Stylised blue flowers grow at the base of the yellow foreground, while small blue windows punctuate the white walls. The flat shapes and limited palette create a bold, graphic composition.
The artwork uses strong contrast between the deep blue background and the yellow and white buildings. A large sun with radiating rays sits in the upper right, balanced by a smaller sun motif in the lower right corner. The gingham pattern on the central tower adds texture to the otherwise flat, screen-print-inspired design. This unframed paper print suits kitchens, hallways, and living spaces.
Printed to order in the UK on 270 gsm premium satin paper using a 12-colour Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer and authentic Mimaki OEM inks, each print is rolled and packaged by hand. It is available in multiple sizes through the Size selector. The frame is not included.
