The story behind the print
This blue frog cycling poster shows four frogs riding bicycles in a tight row, each wearing bright red sunglasses. The frogs are painted in loose blue watercolour washes with green limbs and dark, simple wheels. A blue shadow runs beneath the group on a plain white background, and a small red seal sits in the lower right corner.
The composition is horizontal and evenly spaced, with the frogs overlapping slightly to suggest movement. The palette is limited to blue, red, green and black, giving the illustration a bold, graphic look. The watercolour technique leaves visible brush edges and soft colour bleeds, while the frogs' straight mouths and dark glasses create a deadpan expression.
This frog art print is supplied unframed, so the frame is not included. It is printed to order in the UK on 270 gsm premium satin paper using a 12-colour Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer and authentic Mimaki OEM inks. Each print is rolled and packaged by hand and is available in multiple sizes through the Size selector.
