The story behind the print

This botanical wall art print depicts four blue thistle flower heads arranged in a symmetrical cluster. Each flower head has a textured, scale-like surface, supported by thick green stems and surrounded by long, pointed leaves. The design uses a limited palette of blue, green, and beige, creating a clean and graphic composition.

The illustration style is flat and decorative, with bold shapes and no shading. The thistle heads are centred and evenly spaced, giving the print a balanced, almost geometric feel. The beige background provides a warm, neutral base that allows the blue and green elements to stand out clearly. This unframed paper print works well in living rooms, bedrooms, or offices.

The print is supplied unframed and is printed to order in the UK on 270 gsm premium satin paper using a 12-colour Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer and authentic Mimaki OEM inks. It is rolled and packaged by hand and available in multiple sizes. Please check the Size selector for available options.
