The story behind the print
This unframed paper print features a brown bear standing upright and holding a yellow vase filled with blue and red flowers. The bear's gentle expression and rounded form are rendered in a textured, hand-drawn style. Green stems and leaves rise from the vase, creating a tall, balanced composition against a plain background.
The artwork uses a warm palette of terracotta brown, soft blue, and muted red, with a grainy finish that resembles coloured pencil or pastel. The bear's arms wrap around the vase, and its head tilts slightly toward the blooms. This animal poster combines a simple subject with rich surface detail, making it suitable for a nursery, living room, or hallway.
