The story behind the print

This illustrated cat poster captures a tabby cat resting beneath a pale blue table. On the tabletop, a plate of food, an orange napkin, and a beige cup are arranged in a simple still life. The background features a muted green wall and a blue louvred door, rendered in a textured, painterly style with visible brushstrokes.

The composition uses a soft palette of sage green, pale blue, and warm orange, with the cat's striped fur and whiskers drawn in fine detail. The overhead perspective places the table diagonally across the frame, drawing the eye from the food to the cat below. This cat poster balances everyday domestic objects with a quiet, observational mood.

Supplied unframed, this print is produced to order in the UK on 270 gsm premium satin paper using a 12-colour Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer and authentic Mimaki OEM inks. Each print is rolled and packaged by hand and is available in multiple sizes. The cat poster is suited to kitchen or dining areas.
