The story behind the print

This colourful food illustration poster centres on oversized noodle bowls, soup and eggs, with tiny figures moving around them. Red, blue, pink and orange bowls hold noodles, broth, mushrooms and halved eggs, while small people in bright clothing walk, stand and climb across the scene. The vertical composition uses playful scale to make the food the main subject.

The artwork is an illustrative print with flat colour blocks and loose brush marks. A pale background keeps the bowls and figures prominent, and the mix of red, blue, pink and yellow gives the design a lively, graphic feel. The vertical format suits a kitchen wall, dining area or a colourful gallery wall.

This print is supplied unframed and the frame is not included. It is printed to order in the UK on 270 gsm premium satin paper using a 12-colour Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer with authentic Mimaki OEM inks, then rolled and packaged by hand.
