The story behind the print

This colourful lobster and crayfish poster features two stylised crustaceans arranged side by side against a plain cream background. The left lobster is printed in orange with green speckled claws, while the right crayfish appears in dark blue with pale spots and blue-green striped segments. Both have long antennae and segmented tails.

The artwork uses a block-print style with visible texture and flat colour areas. The palette combines orange, dark blue, green and cream, creating a bold contrast. The composition is vertical and symmetrical, making the shellfish the clear focal point. This design suits a modern kitchen or dining area.

This unframed print is produced to order in the UK on 270 gsm premium satin paper using a 12-colour Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer and authentic Mimaki OEM inks. It is rolled and packaged by hand and available in multiple sizes. The frame is not included.
