The story behind the print
This courtyard pool poster depicts a sunlit architectural scene with a row of ochre arches and columns framing a long, narrow waterway. Potted green plants sit on either side of the pool, while simple wooden chairs rest beneath the arcade. The composition is vertical and symmetrical, drawing the eye along the blue-tiled water toward the distant arches.
The artwork uses a restricted palette of ochre, deep green, and navy blue against a pale background. Broad, painterly strokes give the arches, foliage, and water a flat, graphic quality. The repeating columns and the central pool create a strong sense of depth and order, while the green plants soften the geometric architecture.
This unframed paper print is produced to order in the UK on 270 gsm premium satin paper using a 12-colour Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer and authentic Mimaki OEM inks. It is rolled and packaged by hand and available in multiple sizes through the Size selector. The frame is not included.
