The story behind the print
This surreal espresso machine poster depicts a silver commercial coffee maker with a figure reclining in a white bathtub beneath the portafilter. Two streams of dark coffee pour from the group head into the tub, while a white pitcher sits on the drip tray. The artwork uses a muted palette of silver, white, brown, and soft beige.
The composition is centred and vertical, with the espresso machine dominating the frame. A pressure gauge, control dials, and a steam wand are visible on the front panel. The watercolour illustration style gives the image a soft, hand-painted quality, with the bathing figure adding a whimsical, surreal narrative to the coffee-making scene.
This print is supplied unframed, so the frame is not included.
