Folk Art Flower Poster | Celestial Botanical Print
This folk art flower poster centres on a single orange bloom with a pale circular middle, rising from a straight dark stem. Symmetrical branches carry pointed leaves in dark green and burnt orange, while a crescent moon, a white dove, and small stars sit against a textured blue background. The story behind the print
This folk art flower poster centres on a single orange bloom with a pale circular middle, rising from a straight dark stem. Symmetrical branches carry pointed leaves in dark green and burnt orange, while a crescent moon, a white dove, and small stars sit against a textured blue background. The composition is balanced and decorative, with a strong vertical axis that draws the eye from the roots to the flower.
The artwork uses a limited palette of deep blue, warm orange, cream, and dark green. Gold-toned roots spread across the bottom, and round seed-like dots are scattered among the leaves. The style is illustrative and folk-inspired, with flat shapes and clean outlines rather than realistic shading. This makes the botanical print suitable for rooms where a calm, patterned artwork is wanted without heavy detail.
This unframed paper print is produced to order in the UK on 270 gsm premium satin paper using a 12-colour Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer and authentic Mimaki OEM inks. Each print is rolled and packaged by hand and is available in multiple sizes through the Size selector. The frame is not included.
