The story behind the print
This frog art print presents two frogs in a vertical composition against a textured beige background. The upper frog is rendered in red with swirling body patterns, while the lower frog is blue with similar ornate markings. A red rectangular seal with stylised characters sits in the upper right corner, and a smaller oval seal appears below it.
The illustration uses a limited palette of red, blue, and beige, with black detailing in the eyes and outlines. The frogs are shown in profile, facing right, with the red frog positioned above the blue frog. The swirling patterns across their bodies give the design a decorative, almost calligraphic quality that suits a Japanese art print or illustrative wall art collection.
