The story behind the print
This illustrative poster depicts two geese wearing black sunglasses and blue garments, seated at a green table. One goose wears a blue and white patterned robe, while the other wears a solid blue shawl with a bow. The scene includes a dark bottle, three glasses of red wine, a wooden board with garlic, and a whole garlic bulb. The background is a flat pink, giving the composition a bold, graphic look.
The artwork uses a limited palette of pink, blue, green, white, and red, with loose, painterly textures. The geese are positioned centrally, facing forward, creating a symmetrical and humorous arrangement. The combination of animal subjects and dining objects gives the print a lighthearted, conversational quality that suits kitchens, dining rooms, or home bars.
