The story behind the print
This horse portrait poster shows a chestnut horse in profile with a large teal star placed over its left eye. The horse has a white blaze, dark mane, and detailed fur texture, while the flat coral background creates strong graphic contrast. The design combines realistic animal features with bold pop art colour blocking.
The composition is a close head-and-neck crop that fills most of the frame. The teal star acts as the focal point, drawing attention to the horse's visible eye, and the coral backdrop makes the warm chestnut tones stand out. This unframed paper print uses a contemporary illustrative style suited to modern interiors.
Printed to order in the UK on 270 gsm premium satin paper using a 12-colour Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer and authentic Mimaki OEM inks, each print is rolled and packaged by hand. The frame is not included, and the print is available in the configured sizes shown in the Size selector.
