The story behind the print

This Japanese crane wall art print shows three blue cranes standing among tall black reeds on a warm tan background. Two cranes bend towards the water while one stands upright with its beak pointed forward. The ink-wash style uses broad blue brushstrokes for the birds and sharp black lines for the reeds and legs.

The artwork is portrait-oriented and built around a restrained palette of blue, black, and beige. A small red seal stamp sits in the lower right corner, and the reeds create a dense vertical frame along the right side. The composition places the cranes in the centre and lower half, with open space above them.
