The story behind the print

This Japanese maple leaf wall art print shows a branching tree with red, orange and green foliage set against a deep blue background. Scattered leaves fall diagonally across the composition, while a textured ground anchors the lower right corner. The portrait format and botanical subject make it a distinctive piece for nature-led interiors.

The illustration uses flat colour and fine linework to separate each leaf from the blue backdrop. Small gold and cream flecks are scattered across the background, adding visual texture without distracting from the foliage. The palette combines warm reds and oranges with muted greens, creating a balanced seasonal contrast.

This unframed print is produced to order in the UK on 270 gsm premium satin paper using a 12-colour Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer with authentic Mimaki OEM inks. Each print is rolled and packaged by hand and is available in multiple sizes from the Size selector. The frame is not included.
