The story behind the print

This lotus pond wall art print depicts a tranquil water scene with broad green leaves, pale pink blossoms, and slender stems rising from rippled water. Fine vertical rain lines fall across a teal background, while a single white feather drifts near the centre. The flat illustrative style and muted palette give the botanical Japanese print a calm, nature-led character.

The composition balances large umbrella-like leaves with smaller buds and layered foliage, creating depth without heavy shading. Green, cream, and soft pink tones dominate, and the vertical orientation suits narrow wall spaces. This unframed paper print is produced to order in the UK on 270 gsm premium satin paper using a 12-colour Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer and authentic Mimaki OEM inks.

Each print is rolled and packaged by hand and available in multiple sizes through the Size selector. The frame is not included, so the artwork arrives ready for your own choice of display. The lotus pond wall art print works well in bedrooms, living rooms, or calm reading corners where a botanical Japanese print adds quiet visual interest.
