The story behind the print
This magnolia wall art print depicts large white blossoms with orange linework on dark branches, set against a split green and cream background. Scattered petals fall diagonally across the lower half, while vertical calligraphy appears in the bottom left corner. The composition is portrait-oriented and uses a limited palette of green, cream, orange, and navy.
The botanical flower print combines an illustrative style with Japanese poster conventions. The magnolia blooms are drawn with visible petal segments and orange outlines, contrasting with the solid green upper section and pale lower area. Falling petals suggest movement, and the calligraphy adds a typographic element without dominating the floral subject.
