The story behind the print

This navy and gold poppy wall art presents a stylised botanical scene with white and dark blue flowers rising on tall, slender stems. The deep navy background makes the gold-toned stems, buds, and leaves stand out clearly, while the white blooms add contrast and lightness to the composition.

The illustration uses a flat, graphic approach with simple petal shapes and elongated lines. Gold and ochre tones dominate the stems and foliage, with small bud forms scattered throughout. The vertical arrangement gives the flower print a calm, upright rhythm that suits narrow wall spaces or grouped gallery walls.

Supplied unframed, this botanical flower print is produced to order in the UK on 270 gsm premium satin paper using a 12-colour Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer and authentic Mimaki OEM inks. Each print is rolled and packaged by hand and is available in multiple sizes through the Size selector.
