The story behind the print
This playful poster shows a slice of pink cake topped with a cherry, set on a blue and white patterned plate. A small brown mouse stands beside a teacup on the same plate, while two hands hold a fork and the plate edges. Loose brushstrokes and a green background give the scene a lively, illustrative feel.
The composition centres on the cake slice, with the mouse and teacup balancing the right side. Pink icing, a red cherry, and blue plate patterns stand out against the green backdrop. Small pink flowers are scattered across the surface, adding to the whimsical food illustration style.
