The story behind the print
This botanical wall art print depicts a meadow of tall poppies with open blooms in red, pink, white and lilac. Slender dark green stems carry closed buds and seed heads above a warm tan background, while fine linear foliage fills the lower half of the composition. The illustrative style uses flat colour and clean outlines to build a vertical floral pattern.
The poppy print relies on a restrained palette of red, pink, white, lilac and green against tan. Each flower head is shown at a different stage, from tight bud to full bloom, which gives the image a natural rhythm. The portrait orientation and dense vertical stems make it suitable for narrow wall spaces or as part of a larger gallery wall.
