The story behind the print
This botanical poppy wall art print features tall, slender stems with a mix of cream and navy blooms against a warm tan background. The composition is vertical and airy, with open flowers, closed buds, and seed pods spaced across the full height of the image. The muted palette and flat illustrative style give the piece a calm, graphic quality suited to modern and traditional interiors.
The artwork uses a limited palette of tan, cream, navy, and dark green, with each flower head outlined in fine detail. The stems rise from the lower edge and create a gentle rhythm across the print. The background has a subtle textured appearance that adds depth without distracting from the floral subject. This design works well as a standalone piece or grouped with other botanical prints.
Each print is supplied unframed, so the frame is not included. It is printed to order in the UK on 270 gsm premium satin paper using a 12-colour Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer and authentic Mimaki OEM inks. Every print is rolled and packaged by hand and available in multiple sizes through the Size selector.
