The story behind the print

This surreal poster depicts a standing figure with a bright orange pumpkin for a head, dressed in a loose green coat over a cream dress. The figure holds a tall, leafy branch in one hand and a gathered green bag in the other, framed by an arching stem of green foliage. The composition is a vertical portrait with a neutral background that makes the orange and green palette stand out.

The artwork uses a painterly, illustrative style with visible brush-like textures in the green coat and leaves. The pumpkin head is rendered in warm orange with subtle shading, while the cream dress adds a soft contrast. The arching foliage frames the figure from above, and the simple brown boots and heels complete the whimsical character design. This print would suit a gallery wall or a quirky reading nook.
