The story behind the print
This red poppy wall art print shows a vertical botanical study of poppies in mixed stages of bloom. Line-drawn white flowers with ruffled petals sit alongside two deep red poppies, while teal-green leaves and slender stems fill the cream background. Small closed buds and seed pods add further detail to the composition.
The artwork uses an illustrative style with fine outline work and flat colour blocks. The palette is limited to red, teal, and cream, giving the floral print a clear graphic quality. The vertical orientation and repeating stems create a gentle upward rhythm, making the design suitable for a hallway, living room, or bedroom wall.
This unframed paper print is produced to order in the UK on 270 gsm premium satin paper using a 12-colour Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer and authentic Mimaki OEM inks. It is rolled and packaged by hand and is available in the configured sizes through the Size selector.
