The story behind the print
This running horse wall art features two black horses in full gallop, one above the other, set against a textured orange and beige background. A central circular motif contains a red sun over dark hills, flanked by stylised grass and small flowers. The retro animal poster uses a limited palette of black, orange, and beige, with a vertical composition that draws the eye from the upper horse to the lower one.
The design has a print-like, slightly distressed texture that gives it a vintage or mid-century feel. The horses are shown in profile with flowing tails and extended legs, creating a strong sense of movement. The orange sky areas and the central sun motif add warmth, while the black silhouettes keep the image bold and graphic. This retro horse print works well as a standalone piece or alongside other animal or landscape prints.
