The story behind the print
This astronomy wall art print depicts a satellite in silhouette passing across a full moon. The spacecraft's rectangular body, dark solar panels, and communication dish are clearly defined against the pale lunar surface, while the deep blue background frames the scene. The composition centres the satellite and moon, creating a balanced, graphic image suited to space-themed interiors.
The colour palette is limited to deep blue, pale cream, and black, giving the design a clean, high-contrast look. The satellite's solar panels extend horizontally, intersecting the circular moon, while the textured lunar surface adds subtle detail. This space poster works well in a living room, office, or gallery wall arrangement, particularly for those interested in astronomy or modern graphic art.
