The story behind the print
This kitchen wall art print features a hand-painted watercolour illustration of a steaming stew pot on a black trivet. A wooden spoon rests inside the pot, and the words Stay Home Make Stew appear in black brush lettering above a bold blue background block. The composition is centred and vertical, framed by a crusty loaf, red tomatoes, and green herbs.
The illustration uses a limited palette of blue, red, brown, green, and white, with loose brushwork and visible watercolour washes. The typography is hand-lettered and integrated into the scene rather than added as a separate caption. This food and drink poster suits a kitchen or dining area, and the steam rising from the pot adds a sense of warmth to the still-life arrangement.
This unframed paper print is produced to order in the UK on 270 gsm premium satin paper using a 12-colour Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer and authentic Mimaki OEM inks. Each print is rolled and packaged by hand and is available in the configured sizes shown in the Size selector.
