The story behind the print

This strawberry wall art print features four ripe red berries clustered together, each topped with dark green leafy calyxes. The fruit is painted with visible pale seeds and layered brushstrokes on a cream background, giving the composition a lively, hand-painted look. The strawberries overlap slightly, creating a natural grouping that fills the frame.

The illustration uses a bold red and green palette, with darker green accents defining the leaves and shadows. The loose, painterly style suggests a gouache or watercolour technique, and the cream paper tone adds warmth. The vertical arrangement and close crop make the berries the clear focal point, with no text or background clutter.

This strawberry print is supplied unframed, so the frame is not included. It is printed to order in the UK on 270 gsm premium satin paper using a 12-colour Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer and authentic Mimaki OEM inks. Each print is rolled and packaged by hand and is available in multiple sizes through the Size selector.
