The story behind the print
This teal floral hand mirror poster centres on a dark teal hand mirror containing a delicate branch of white cherry blossoms. Two small butterflies hover near the lower right of the branch, while loose white petals drift across the teal background. The dark green handle and rim frame the botanical scene, giving the print a distinctive object-shaped composition.
The illustration uses a limited palette of dark teal, white, and deep green, with fine dark linework defining the blossom clusters and butterfly wings. The hand mirror form is presented as a flat decorative motif rather than a functional object, and the off-white background isolates the shape for a clean, graphic look. This Japanese-inspired botanical design suits a calm, illustrative interior style.
This print is supplied unframed, so the frame is not included. It is printed to order in the UK on 270 gsm premium satin paper using a 12-colour Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer and authentic Mimaki OEM inks.
