The story behind the print
This unframed paper print features a white rabbit sitting upright beside a woven basket filled with bright orange carrots and dark green leafy tops. The rabbit holds a single carrot in its right paw, while two loose carrots rest on the ground below. The artwork uses a warm cream background with earthy green, orange, and tan tones, creating a rustic kitchen or country-style feel.
The composition places the basket on the left and the rabbit on the right, balancing the dense foliage with the animal's soft outline. The illustration style is loose and painterly, with visible brush-like textures in the basket weave and the rabbit's fur. The palette is limited to warm neutrals and vegetable colours, making it suitable for food-themed spaces or nature-inspired gallery walls.
